Postdoctoral Positions in Protein Biochemistry, Immunology, and Microbiology
Harvard Medical School
Multiple postdoctoral positions (Protein bioengineering, T cell immunology, microbiology) are available at the Department of Dermatology, the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), and Harvard Medical School, Boston, MA, USA. We seek highly motivated and qualified candidates with a Ph.D or Ph.D/MD to develop new technologies for point-of-care, to determine a relationship between mitochondrial metabolism and gut microbiota or to investigate memory T cell development in the lung.
Our laboratory works on biomimetic nanoparticles as mucosal adjuvants for universal influenza vaccines, antibody engineering for sample-free blood biomarker detection, and photobiomodulation-mediated regeneration to address adverse side effects caused by cancer chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Massachusetts General Hospital is a major Boston teaching hospital and teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School. The postdoctoral fellows will be appointed via the department of dermatology, Harvard Medical School and have access to a range of training opportunities available via both MGH and HMS. Salary will be according to NIH guidelines.
